What are you intending to use the 6 lengths of 100mm for?... what part of the system?

Nice "tip" I'll see if there are any plumbing recyclers or seconds places around.

5000lt FT, with allowance for future expansion by up to 3000lt of fishtank. Current tank is bottom draining withh 100mm outlet. Will be pushing 5000-7000lt p/hr through whole system.

6 full ibc Grow beds will be a fair bit away from tanks due to sun light. Need about 5-4 lengths from bottom of FT to grow beds an back to sump.

1 length will be used for gravel guards in the 6 gbs

The reason the sump is next to FT is because it will be replace with the second 3000lt tank in expansion.

I'm seriously reconsidering my layout/design now. Maybe I'll run two separate systems

In seriously considering rearranging

Two separate systems is the way to go IMO...

Believe it or not but you get an awful lot of brand new, never been used PVC etc piping and fittings "dumped" or if you prefer "tipped" :) by contractors after a job; I know because I work there.
