getting ready to make a blue barrel swirl filter.
because the fish crap to much and keep filling my gb and the worms are big and lazy they dont eat every thing :laughing3:

anyone know why im getting high ammonia and nitrite system about 5 months old

what have change
yesterday water turn green agian

last week i pull 2 plants that i was thinking the roots take over

yesterday i saw about 20 baby fish today i only saw 1

i only feed 1 time every day mabey im feeding then to much ?

and i have 2 big tomato plant in that system that is about 2m tall

ok i think im over feeding them its the only thing i can come up with cuz that fish tank is for the bigger fish and i give them alot more food cuz the other fish tank ammonia is 0.50 so that mean i must be over feeding

any idea if its that ?

You could be over feeding like you said. You may also have something dead somewhere.

well i open all valve let it flow for 1 min and no fishy's but alot off brown water

can some 1 tell me if this is safe for fish because i realy need the K in my system n-p-k and that have 1-1-16
any 1 can tell me if its safe ? maxicrop have 0-0-1

I don't see why it would not be safe. If it is pure seaweed extract, it should be fine. The only thing that comes to mind is what does it do to the ph?

thats a big point if it rise the ph is good cuz i cant get ph to 7.0
