Recieved a newsletter email from Nelson and Pade. They had a link to an online aquaponics survey being done by some researchers at Johns Hopkins University. They are looking for anyone that has an AP system to share some info. If you have a few minutes, let's help them out a bit.

Done, even though i am in oz, good to see that AP is being noticed and given some attention. I am amazed how no one seems to have heard of it in my circle and they are amazed when they see/hear about my system. Mind you i knew nothing about in a few months back also. Such and awesome way to grow and be self sustainable. I will be making sure as my kids get older that they too will have a system installed in their homes. You hear so much that people cant afford to feed their kids healthy food that Mc D's is cheaper than vegetables well HELLO people you need to visit the scrap yard, raid the rubbish dont buy your smokes and alcohol for for a few weeks or EVER and build yourself a backyard AP system. Ok had my little rant, back to work.

Told them I rely on this website and forum exclusively and it would be hard to beat. People from all over the world are very helpful and encouraging.

I would encourage everyone to take the time to fill it out. Don't forget to mention wicking beds also.
