In 2011 two BYAP users from in the heart of Europe decided to meet. Each drove 4 hours, just to have 3 hour chat, had a wonderful time, they called it Central European Aquaponic Jamboree.




In 2012 there were 13 hours of presentation, 39 participants + a dog and we have built 36 mini school systems. Central European Aquaponic Jamboree 2012 was a piece of magic. Once againt meeting a fellow aquaponic enthusast turned out to be priceless, for everithing else... you know.

Central European Aquaponic Jamboree 2013
28-29th september 2013

The goal of the jamboree is to meat fellow aquaponic enthusiasts, talk, share experiences, our invited speakers are some of the most interesting AP owners, form Hungary and Europe. We not just talk about aquaponics, but we do it. This year participants will get hands on experience in an interactive workshop where we will finish and start a 50m2 Passive Solar Greenhouse System. All presentations will be in english, with hungarian translation.

I was going to ask where the aquarium systems go, did they all get distributed?

I have very limited information on the aquarium systems. I know about a dozen thats are still in the hands of jamboree participants and running as a spice garden at home. I bet that the rest is doing the same. As far as I know only 3 landed at schools.
