Sweet potato leaves have around 30% protein. Would this be a good alternative/addition to duckweed for Tilapia?

Dunno about the fish or chooks but surely you should be feeding the wife more appealing food

To me the green ones taste like a sweeter & thicker lettuce as long as they are not to big.

It sounds like it might be worth a try as part of a home made pellet. I assume you are growing the sweet potatoes in soil, so it would help in adding trace elements to your system too. Perhaps you can sweeten it up with some BSFL also. Help broaden the available nutrients. The fat free sweet potato leaves would surely be able to offset the fat content of the BSFL. The next question is would you dehydrate the leaves first?
