I;ve not posted many pictures of plants in recent times. This is mainly because my plantlife has been relativelly minimal and pretty crappy. This is mainly due to my grow-bed being in full sun - which means that while the plants survive (having plenty of access to water) they do not flourish because they expend a lot of their energy dealing with the excess UV. This issue will be solved once I build my big system in a different location and most probably house it in a shadehouse/greenhouse.

Anyway - time for a few pictures - eventhough they are pretty crappy.

File comment: Jalapeno chilli bush - have had lots of fruit, eventhough the plant has remained small. All energy going into fruiting.

File comment: Went a bit overboard with some of the seeds. Will need to do some major thinning. I think these are lettuce or soem sort of chickory.

My paw paw which I intended to have in the grow-bed for only a week or 2 until I could put it in a bed of its own is now there to stay - been there for over a month now. It is getting big. Will be real funny to see a huge paw paw tree in the middle of the bed. Wind will probably end up knocking it down once it is full size - because bed is raised 1 meter off the ground so top of tree may end up 3 meters plus.

Did you see my 'lawn' Steve? This is actually just oats - a temporary measure to help pull some nitrates from the system.
