Ammonia will keep going up while the bacteria establish. Hopefully it doesnt get higher than 2. I think you probably have a good fish count for your system and it should cycle without too many hiccups. Just be extra careful not to overfeed or leave uneaten food in the tank at this stage.

Your growth is utterly pathetic!

Of course it is looking good for just one week's growth after transplanting, but I don't intend to pander to your apparent need for instant peer approval, RobD.

I notice that you have a lot of unutilised capacity in your grow beds that could have been easily and efficiently used to achieve additional filtration. Could you not extend your standpipes?

yes i break them worms in half or they wont eat them, if they look too big the fish wont touch them, under 2" long and they inhale them.
