Thanks guys, plan on damaging the liver tonight.
Had another win today, finally passed my exams to be a land shark (real estate rep) so anyone need help in W.A. in that regard pm me (i can provide free info for contract law etc) unfortunately there is different laws over the boarder so not much help there.
