I know we have a venting corner but I couldn't find an opposite one.
I was bidding on something on ebay from the US. The freight was more than the item due to weight. I bid $1 more than the starting price and while watching a movie I got an email from the seller asking if I released the freight cost. I emailed that I had taken that into account when I bid. Half an hour later I got a message from the seller "I have closed the auction early in order for you not to have to pay any additional fees. "

I would like to give a +1 for that Duff . Sometimes I think there is too much negativity in the world.

+1 for positive comments. I can always remember being taught "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything". Of course there are times you say stuff, just say it nicely, but there is lots of nice stuff to talk about, like aquaponics.

I am going to praise that Dufflight had the sense to start a praising corner. Plus he has one of the coolest signatures.

Yeh you turn on the news and it's mostly bad news so +1 for this thread.

In terms of news readers though I think Susannah Carr and Rick Ardon are some of the best news readers in the world. Since I live in Perth maybe I am biased.
