I have plenty of space......some empty covered areas.....few bath-tubs...heap poly pipe and a sometimes available husband with plenty of commensense and basic plumbing knowledge. Able to spend some money on new stuff. Have THE BOOK/DVDl:
What I dont have is the ability to build a system myself. Is there someone who would like to share developing a system small or large at my place. Brisbane...Narangbah

Cathy - Far too under the hammer from the boss to fix all the brken stuff around my place - but I am more than happy to help with ideas for the design, as I'm sure are plenty of others around here.

What are you thinking of using for a tank. What is your budget for tanks? This seems like the main thing you are missing. For a smallish system I would use a realitvelly cheap pump and tun it continuously.

Did you sell your place at Dakabin and move to Narangba or are you still there ? I first saw Joels DVD at your place a year or more ago. I have a small system and I would be happy to offer my humble opinion and assistance where possible.

Hello Derek and thanks to others for responding,
Still here at same place tecnically its Naragbah, borders Lake Kurwongbah and over the rail line from Dakabin....lol
Plam on getting some round stock water troughs for fish and possibly same for grow beds just not fill them to top...prices in NSW are about $750 each. Also have couple of old baths and maybe should start with them. We are involved with the 12hr Production Car Race at Bathurst so nothing will get started till after Easter :roll:
