The date for pickup from the carpark at Backyard Aquaponics in Jandakot is the 27th April 2013 from 9am. (As long as the temperature drops, like it is expected to.) You wil need to contact Gavin (Troutman) to book your trout.

If you'd like to come along we are also going to throw a couple of snags on the barbie. $2-00 for a sausage in a bun and $2 for a soft drink. Come along and meet other like minded people and have a chat.

However, that did send me on a bit of a look for cool drinks that are NOT made by the big boys. man it seems like every company is owned by one of them, it's damn hard to buy a drink that isn't theirs..

But, it did lead me to good old Bundaberg, perhaps one of the last family owned drinks companies in Australia. And they have a cool promotion on at the moment, customised labels on their drinks. We've ordered them, hopefully they will arrive in time.. And we'll give you 10c back on your empty bottles... Only our ones of course, no bringing in all your bottles from home..

I prefer the sars, but the ginger beer is very good too.

Our supermarket down the road started selling Bundaberg - love the stuff! The BYAP logo fits well with their label like it was meant to be - wonder what it will look like on a Little Creature....

Slightly more rustic label - Friday's are like that...

Its really good that gavin and yourselves do this for the public. Hi fives all round.
