So the floating raft did not work so well to germinate the seeds so I made another plan.

So I build a flood and drain setup for the seeds.

Willem... I see the tenting... but I don't understand.
Why the tent with the ceiling material? Is it covered with something I cannot discern?
And what was the original use of your trays? Were they a store-bought sprouting house?

Hi dancinhrblady

The tenting is two mini greenhouses that I still need to close at the ends, It is made of what they call egg crating and is covered with plastic. And the trays are budgy bird cage bottoms.

Sad but true I am switching of for the winter already lost about 45 fish combined in both my systems so I put them all together in the isolated tank and keep them warm for the winter I'll start up again when it gets a bit warmer or if I can get some money to put up a green house. :(

Regards Willem

Started the system up again about a month ago and already see the results seems like it matured good over winter.
