I am perhaps regretting a comment I just made in another thread re grumpy. You could be a little kinder to new people to get them to to put new ideas forward, but I have never doubted your competence. (and that is as nice as I get Rupe )

The "vested interests"... and "over-inflated egos".... are few in number Sleepe... and usually not counted amongst members of this forum...
