You've got to figure out how to stop them eating one another first...

Then wait until next spring/summer... before it's warm enough for them to breed...

5th growbed now 1/2 in.. So by my count thats just shy of 2000L of filtration

Cf is where the water constantly flows through the bed vs flood and drain,

Fish are 4 months old now, :-)

Constant flow does not mean constantly flooded, constantly flooded doesn't mean constant flow.

Whilst technically true, you normally refer to CF as being Constant Flood and Flood and Drain if you use a bell, which is Constant flow technically anyways
