Hi guys,

Was wondering if anyone know what type of tropical temp. fish that will be able to breed in the AP tanks naturally without any human interactions?

Regards

They will if you have a dam or know someone with a dam? There's another input cost that can only rise eh?

They might... if all the conditions and triggers align... and you might get a very small percentage that survive to fingerling and grow out... depending on the natural feed succession in the dam...

But only once the Jades are a few years old... and sexually mature...

But the poster is in Malyasia... he might be able to import Jades... but would probably have to do a min order of about 20,000...

And you're in WA.... so Jades are out of the question for you as well....

Plenty of Jades already in Malyasia Rup and there breeding them there as well, just do a search on Youtube and you'll find plenty.

From what I know Jades require the same summer flood conditions to breed as many Aust Natives and that scenario isnt likely to occur in a WA wheatbelt farm dam and besides your water would get too cold to keep them alive over the winter for them to ever even get a chance to breeding age.

They are a aquarium fish supplier so legally they can sell them for use in aquariums.
