apparently the muscles in our back are not designed for sitting up straight in chairs. We need to spend more time in recliner chairs for the health of our backs

Heard a similar thing about elbows and hands...

at least one elbow is supposed to be bent and at least one hand kept in a "grasping" position when ever possible...

apparently a beer can/stubby holder/wine glass etc all have the optimal dimensions to assist in this natural and theraputic position

we're running in the 20s and 30s too, but we're talking degrees F, not Celsius! (20F=-6.5C, 30F=-1C, 40F=3.5C) we've also had record snow in the NE, New York City has had 4+ meters of snow over this last week! (it must be that global warming)

I understand that there are other "theraputic" exercises that should be included in our daily regimens, but in addition, watching fish swim and the sound of water are supposed to be calming on the nerves, and good for the heart!

the good news for you guys east of us, we are seeing dew on the ground in the mornings...
That for us is a sign the the heat is over(almost) that and the water levels in the caves are better(higher) apparently...

I may be in the minority, but I need the warm weather to hang around for another couple of months to keep my fish warm
