My lettuce is growing great but I'm finding a lot of wilting in the last few weeks. Could water ph cause this??

Water temp 72-75 air temp can range from 55 - 95. We are in north central Texas so we have heaters in the green house.

We are using a raft system, flows one end drains the other. I'm starting to think it must be a heat issue.
