I got the hap-60 from Guppys Bear..
http://www.guppysaquariumproducts.com.au/air-pumps/hailea-air-pump/hap-60-air-pump/prod_1721.html

Was after the smaller model but they had sold out so they sent me this one for no extra which suits our future plans better I think..

I wish I could have shown you this http://chicoaquaponic.blogspot.com/2012/10/regenerative-blower.html before you bought the diaphragm pump. A blower delivers many times more air. They are more dependable, and the noise level is about the same, but it's just a constant whir rather than a vibration.

I paid about $120 USD

Thanks Bob.. Think that may be a bit too big for our system at the moment.. I am having to bleed off air with the 60LPM pump at the moment... Will keep blowers in mind for the next pump.. Just hope I don't need to change it for a while...
These perch better grow large & taste good as they are starting to become rather expensive per kg.. :D

Reason I mentioned is that I had just bought the Resun 60. Figured with the extra fish going in I had better start some air full time. Setting up 6 x 75mm stones at approx. 1 meter, will see how it goes when the stones arrive

Yes mate, just about to connect another two beds in. One still needs about 200 litre gravel and then on line. Will see how the 4 GB's go with filling.

On the positive side my excellent better half mentioned that I could do another system as long as the FT had a window in it. Who am I to disagree with the Minister of Finance. :D
