water is much less brown now and plants seem to have enjoyed it a lot, the leaves are a lot greener and also heavier.

how often do you recommend adding Seasol?

May I ask, what lights are you using? Type/wattage?

And how are the rafts being floated? I haven't really found much info about raft systems (most of the tutorials I have been reading talk about GB with pump).

Thanks!

i use a Hagen: Power-GLO T8 Fluorescent Aquarium Bulb, 30 W

T8 Bulb
30 W
1,330 Lumen
18,000 K
7,500 Hours

http://usa.hagen.com/Aquatic/Lighting/F ... ulbs/A1628

and just using some polystyrene with holes cut in it and little buckets filled with hydroton for my plants.

seems to work well except for the fact that i recently found out the fish have been munching on the roots, so i'll soon be dividing the tank so they cannot get to the roots.
