Have you tried eating your oKra raw? Great party trick on your friends..

You just have to get them to chew it for a long time, "don't swallow, keep chewing"... Great to begin with, but starts to get REALLY slimy in your mouth...

I found them at there best at about 1/2 that size... seemed alot "sweeter" don't suppose it would matter to much in a curry :twisted:

10cm would be great if eating from the plant, sweet and crisp. 25cm might be stringy and good for seeds.
