My backyard is getting a bit of a spruce up at the moment. Mauz has been busy out the back completing paving and has included area around AP. It will be so good to be able to walk around system without having to stand in sand and weeds :headbang: Large area of decking to be finished hopefully before christmas and brain is ticking over as to a nice neat small system to put herbs in close to BBQ area. Hello Nat!!

Ok, so the decking won't be finished by Christmas  but I have built a small pond and about to build a bridge over it. Gonna call it the Bridge over Pond Kwai. I have 4 Commets who are becoming very friendly towards me ,when i feed them, and I am coming up with a small aquaponic system to filter their home. Oh boy, stop thinking!

The BSF have moved into the light green Biopod and seem quite happy.

Frog pond above goldfish pond. I have small pump in lower goldfish pond pumping up to small growbed which drains into frog pond and then trickles back down to Goldies pond.

No frogs as yet but I know they are about. White cloud mountain minnows are in frog pond to get rid of the Mozzie lavae, I had to rig up some curtain terylene to put across the overflow into the Goldies pond cos the minnows were riding the rapids to the Goldies pond :)
