So what do you all have growing in your systems?

Cool experiments? Standard vegetables? Exotic fruits?

I'll start...

Here are a few pics of whats in my system so far. Hope you enjoy them!

File comment: We planted 4 tomato plants in a group no more than an inch apart to test growth rate and competition for root space. So far they have grown a bit slower than the rest but are still growing strong.

My system is still between seasons but since it is xmas I'll do my best to keep with the festive spirit.
Now just imagine the tune!

9 silver perch
8 climbing beans
7 lettuce seedlings
6 assorted herbs
5 brassicas
4 tomato plants
3 radicchio
2 nesting doves and
1 black chili

 forgot the passionfruiting

Hahahaha perfect answer!

I've probable got 80-100 different varieties right now so can't really list them all but some of the stranger things are Thai plum, miracle fruit, figs, giant snow banana, galanga, turmeric, wasabi, purple broccoli, red based onions, dragon fruit, Tobacco, malabar spinach, papaya (fruiting right now), sugar cane, stevia chocolate cherry tomatoes, cukes, etc, etc, etc.

That's very nice system my friend, I want to say that I have never seen this kind of system before. After looking, I want to plantation banana tree, roma tomatoes, brussel sprouts, and pumpkin from this system. So please would you tell me that how to start?

Just build the system and plant what ever you want. Some things like different water levels. Oh yeah I forgot I have bell peppers also. The bell peppers like the water level low, if I put the water level near the top of the rocks they all wilt and die.

Mine's very new. At the moment I have a rainbow chard plant, one broad bean, two tomato side shoots I'm trying to root, a calendula plant, some tiny rocket and mustard seedlings. 6 little Koi carp.
