We did not have to share much of the veggies with the bugs , I wish I could get the fish to eat bugs though, they much preferre the fish food and are very Antisocial , they tend to hang out at the bottom of the tank and only feed when I leave the area!

I did add some red wrigglers to the grow bed , I chucked some worms in the FT and they loved them!

They get used to u. Just stay still like a statue while feeding them and try to do it at the same time everyday.

I just hold my arm out in one spot and slowly drop a few pellets in a time without moving around much. They will get used to seeing your face.

My silvers used to be antisocial, so I started dropping just one worm into the tank every time I went into the growhouse.

Now they love me :)

Here there is a sheltered workshop kind of place that sells worms via fishing tackle shops. $5 gets you 70 days of love :)

When mine were little, I'd put my hand into the tank to refit a hose or something and they would freak out. There wasn't much cover in the tank, so they would all struggle to hide from me under my hand.

Fish are way smart.
