Darn! Yeah i thought they weren't taking off as well as they normally would.

However we planted them as soon as we could (when the wicking beds were ready)

Here's my wicking beds - The best thing about them is that the soil didn't get much water being under the eaves. and being on a slope they overflow into each other. Being next to a brick wall things grow so well on the north side of the house.
