If it's happening in both IE & Chrome it may be a work firewall / internet filter issue, if you're lucky they just have an old or bad copy cached and it will work itself out.

Perhaps we need a little message that shows in those older versions saying "Please update your browser....!"

Hi does anyone know how to convert M2TS video files from my panasonic camera to a video format that is actually useful on any other device such as mp4?

Nah downloaded that yesterday, they wait until you have it installed before mentioning its trial only and will only convert half a file unless you send money.

Hi,

Try SUPER:

http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

You need to find the download links within all the info on the pages - but here is the direct download link:

http://erightsoft.podzone.net/GetFile.p ... Rsetup.exe

I believe it does support the M2TS format:

Quote:
Input Video format: 3gp/3g2, amv, asf, avi, dat, dvr-ms, flc, fli, f4v, flv,
gxf, ifo, m2ts, mkv, mov, mpg, mtv, m4v, mp4, mxf, mxg,
nsv, ogg, ogm, qt, ram, rm(vb), str, swf, tmf, trp, ts, ty(+),
viv, vob, webm, wmv, wtv ..

Cheers,

Mon
