Thanks wife is doing good, just hurting. They had to break her ankle and drill two holes into her bone. Then drill two holes into her knee to get some bone to put into the holes in her ankle. Going to be a slow recovery.

Coldest I have seen here was about 3 F, not sure what that is in C. But it stayed that way for about a week. Usually our winters will get a low of about 15F.

Parts swapping, eh? The only time the knee bone is connected to the ankle bone.

Seriously. I hope she makes a quick recovery. You have all those boys, they can help out their momma.

You have quite a list of things to do. Love the pics and the setup. Having that tank buried will help keep the water temp stable. You keeping track of the temperature in/out of the water, or any other readings?

Thanks, the boys are helping but they are in school all day. I am on vacation right now, but when I go back to work her dad is going to come and stay and help her.

Not keeping a log of temps, but even with the outside air in the 100'sF my buried tank without suplemental heat will not get about 85F. Now my tanks that are not buried will go close to 100F.

I will have some kind of roof over part of the structure come hell or high water. I am probably going to enclose about 30 feet of the 100 foot green house this winter. It will be enough to keep everything going till summer time.

Like the system you've got goin on! I am in the process of building a test greenhouse that is very simlar to your design. I live very close to your area and would love to purchase some tilapia fry when I finish building my system next month.

I got the same answer when I offered to pay for some duckweed I got a month back. Whats the details on the laws here in Texas on the sale of things like Tilapia and Duckweed?

Don't know about duck weed, but to sell tilapia you have to have a license. You know the state wants their cut.

Just saw your post about your peppers. I havent tried them in a hydroponic setup like I have tomotoes, but I know when I overwater my peppers they get end rot, and dont produce any until it gets a little drier. Peppers do really good out in the garden, pests dont particularly care for the pyrethrins they produce.

I guess I could try lowering the water level in the pepper grow bed. Thanks
