Hey Nice Tank...

I'll try not to rain on the parade to much..

Me If the tank was mine, I would Rather cut 2 nice holes in the Top section.. NOT touching the side wall.. Leaving about 1-1.5" going up the over the edge to give it More strength[the 90 give's it strength]..
[If you want a Picture of what I mean I'll post one of my tank..]

You have also lost about 4-6" of height..
But then that is me..

Is the Pipe/90 coming from the side of the tank what they supplied.. If so use that as your exit from the tank or just flip it up and Blank it off..

You want to keep the water about 6" from the top edge of the tank... So you restrict any suicidal.. fish..

Other than that welcome to the large AP system group...

Juergen..

Psst I have made many mistake's that I will try to avoid in the future..

Howdy,

Thanks for the comments, however I've cut it exactly how I need..

There is also a lid to go on yet over the opening, plus stainless rope around the top to keep the shape,

The outlet I put on do go directly to the ground via 90mm pipe into a 90mm manifold with 1" risers into the beds..the slo inside the tanks 90mm and going down into the center.

Should work.. And I think 4000 ish liters for under 100 fish is plenty :-)

Also once the greenhouse is in, i plan to try some grow towers..

Cheers

Do you have any drawing of how you plan to run the system...
- a suggestion, if you want to stop fish from entering Main feed to the growbeds you need a way to catch the fish.. ie have a small tank before it get's to the Pipe..

If you are going 90mm pipe as the back bone of the system..
- make the riser at least 50mm, and if you need to restrict the pipe restrict it where it goes onto the Growbeds..

Hi Juergen,
I'm running a slo from ft to grow beds, the slo will be drilled out to stop fish getting into the backbone.

Using 1" risers into gb

System Upgrade!

Installed 4800L FT + drastically reduced the height of the grow beds

Does it look like i have enough air in the FT?
