well the flying fish didn't last long...lol

took some more pics tonight, its hard to get a good photo without the flash after dark!!

here is the system with the lights turned on, the water is a bit murky from the stones but we are really really happy with the way it has turned out.

Ok, this is super cool! I love the window, and how it's being set up as a "feature" of the back yard and with seating. Can't wait to see it in full production.

Thanks Trivial,

we can't wait for it to be done, just ironing out a few issues.

hopefully the last of the stones will be in tomorrow, Dad has to finish up sealing some leaks. and we will have it run temporarily off the small above ground sumps until we get around to digging in two 650 litre sumps and running the drain to it and the FT return.

we are using cutdown IBCs of around the 650 litre mark (filled to max 500 litres each i hope...lol) so hopefully that wont take 'Dad' too long to dig out...hahaha

dropped around to mum & dads tonight for some update pics.

We now have a 90mm drain that each of the four siphon drain into. this is temporarily connected to the above ground sumps until the buried sumps go in and then they will drain into that.

There may still be a few minor leaks but that is getting sorted out.
