Re: Shoestring's post above: Mine has been working great all year and is providing a really good amount of air for my 450 or so gallon pond, but is damned LOUD!!! In the future I will put it in some kind of soundproof-ish enclosure. Can't beat the price. Would buy again.

works been crazy lately, so i haven't been able to spend much time working on the basement.. i should be able to get some stuff done this weekend - i kind of have to, discovered tilapia fry in my sump last night.. marmokreb release it's second set of babies! i figured the water was too cool for the tilapia to breed (68-70f) but the blues managed (only 10 in the pool)
i have a single tote system with 50 small tilapia that i was growing a bit to put in the pool, and use the single tote for breeding of the tilapia...
and i still need to find a big freakin air pump.. busy busy

checked the temp last night while i was moving another 55 gallon tank into the basement, pool is at 74, and their are a few babies in the sump... gotta get the fry tank setup today - i was invited out on a boat tomorrow on lake erie to do some walleye fishing - weather permitting so we'll see..
i picked up some water plant bulbs and a few other plants.. maybe i can squeeze 1 more 55 gallon tank in..

since moving the nile tilapia to the pool, i've had 3 stuff themselves into a 1.5" T with a net pot in the inlet.. 1jumper before the move, so there should still be 46 left..i saw a couple more baby tilapia in the sump this mornng too..
woke up to 1 of my big blue tilapia floating.. water param's look good, i think it's from banging into the side of the tank..
i'm getting some help tomorrow night to harvest 6 fish for a guy that is going to dissect them for some kind of article, i'll try to get a couple more pics

Looks good Keith...
Nice harvest. I have a few that are probably about 6-10" long, many babies...
Been hesitant to harvest as I am still not seeing the growth I expect.
Finally got the roof on the greenhouse so the sun isnt frying everything.
Hopefully growth will improve and I can keep it going through the winter.
Still love your set-up...

Brian
