This is my first AP setup at home a 120L aquarium with guppy fishes and a 48L grow bed. Its a flood and drain system with a bell syphon.
The system was set up with a timer on the pump to flood every 2 horus for 30 minuts the grow bed.
the flood and drain cycle takes around 3-4 minutes (dont know why its always different)

Cover your pipe to stop the sunlight hitting the water. This will cause alge and such to grow in the pipe.

promissed video

still having some issues the system was originaly setup tu flood and drain every 2 horus for 30 minuts. Some of my plants started to rot ( I assume the water level was sometimes to high for 1.5 hour until the next flood and this could cause it). From this weekend the system does not stops flooding and draining.

Im not sure if the interval is okey, some people write that they have 10-20-30 minuts of full flood and drain my system does it in a few minutes.
