First off, beautiful system Aquastud. I've really enjoyed reading through this post and looking at your work. Looks like you have everything well in hand. I am curious to know which Logo controller model you used for this, and did you need any other modules to help set it all up? I am in the planning process of my first system, and I had been toying with the idea of an automated backup system like yours. When I came across this post I knew you were the guy to talk to.

The Logo controller is a 12/24VDC model with 2 expansion modules and 1 PT100 module for temperature inputs. The Logo is powered from the 12VDC battery and 240V battery charger, so when power is lost, the control system never loses power (unless the battery goes flat).

Thanks much, I am deep into planning my system and much of it hinges on some automation to keep things running smoothly. So far I have planned a system that will support 50 1 lb. Tilapia. I hope to get this system up and running by the middle of next year, and once everything is balanced I would like to add on another two systems with a 3 month interval between harvests. With a growth time of 9 months from fingerling to plate things should be spaced out nicely. I (and I'm sure everyone else on this forum) really appreciate your effort and time in showing your system and the steps and issues you had in setting it up. Thanks again buddy.
