All I know is there are 450 Litres of clay pebbles, what that calculates to in actual grow space I'm not sure, the green water butt will be for filtered rain water to drink..

600lt FT and 450lt of grow bed filtration you may want to look at another grow bed. Normaly 1:1 ratio min up to FT 1:2 GB

Dont fuss too much on the ratio thing Bear, just stock according to filtration and all is well. I have 1500L FT to 800L GB.

Unfortunately I have no more room, we have a very small back garden, But yes the 1to1 ratio is correct..
