Ha success.

Went for a scoop out of curiosity on Tuesday and was happy with the result. The last picture there of just over 200gms. So went back for a few more. Two were smoked for dinner on Tuesday and smoked the rest tonight.

Are your water temps getting to high to keep your trout or where you just hungry?

Well done Bundy. I almost bought some of those brook trout as well. Maybe next year. Had a lucky dip in the tank today. This is probably the average size. There are 3 bigger fish in there but I'll leave them alone for a few months.

No water temps are way bellow optimum trout feeding temps still. Just have a heavily stocked system and as I've stated before anything over 200gms is perfect meal size for one and perfect best size to go in the smoker.

Sorry the 250gm photos came up a few more times than I planned. That is the same fish! was trying to post on my phone since the internet was playing up all week. What I thought didn't work obviously did.
