I only ask because Ive actually read of a few people doing this, Faye says its even nice to deep fry them guts and all.

Ive never tried it.

I pulled out one of the smaller trout today only to find my oven tray a tad to small

Does anyone have an industrial fish cooker that I can borrow. I'm concerned that my biggest trout will be wasted if I don't have the equipment to cook them
