People of indiscernible gender at birth. Often in the first few years of life the decision of gender assignment is made by doctors, which then in many cases requires surgery..

Of course this can cause issues a little later in life as they mature, doctors don't always get the choice right.. But we can't have people not fitting into the boxes....

We all get fitted into a box sooner or later, earthbound, so let's hope it is very much later for all the good people on this forum!

i think that they'res so many dudes doing AP because it's Mrs approved construction, the blokes get to play with power tools, shiny metal stuff, chemistry stuff and eventually get to go on a fishing trip in your backyard then you get good food out of it that the Mrs approves of cos she knows exactly where it's come from...

My husband has been told he's going through the mulcher (blood n bone) and turned in to compost and so has my mum, she nearly choked on her coffee, but knew she was in front by saving on the cardboard box, she is very frugal lol

Freebz, you've hit the nail on the head, I reckon.

Faye, I'm not so sure about going through the mulcher but I've told my kids that I want to end up as plant food underneath a big, deserving clump of bamboo. Actually, I have a book somewhere that lays out all the legal and other requirements for a DIY burial on one's own property. Wouldn't that be the ultimate in self-sufficiency?

Best she go and price one of those cardboard boxes before she goes as they are not that cheap as a mate of mine found out.

Me and my wife both work on our system, she has to take care of the entire thing while I am at work. I work away from home. Today she is draining down the main tank 1550 gallons to clean it out, while I am stuck 80 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico. I do most of the grunt work, but she has been stacking lots of cinder blocks lately. Would not even want to think of doing this without her.

I notice when reading through threads (mine included) that there are a lot of women washing gravel. I'd say there are a lot of teams out there

It sounds like a quite natural division of labour to me, BullwinkleII.

Over here in the wild west they do, R'OZ; in big woven baskets balanced on their heads. Our women are derived from very sturdy stock. The problem is that wells are few and far between!

EB, I reckon I'm pretty safe for the time being since, other than my chooks, ducks and geese, there are no recognisable females for several km in any direction.
