To those who may be wondering where AA (AquaAddict) has gone, he has been banned from this site.

There have been a number of occasions when he has breached forum policies with antisocial behaviour. He had been warned several times about his posts, and when he received a warning last night, he began to delete all of the posts he has made on the forum over the many months that he has been a member.

These actions will not be tolerated. This forum has been set up as a place to share information about aquaponics, the information everyone gives here is available for everyone else to learn from.

This forum has simple rules and I stress these here and now.

People are to be NICE to one another...

Personal abuse will not be tolerated.....

This is your forum, but it's my house. I encourage everyone to enter into friendly, lively debate about aquaponics and all things related, or not. All I ask is that everyone respects each other.

And apart from that.. I'm loving some of the systems I've seen on here recently. Lets talk about constructive things...

Hey I just want everyone to share information on here and have fun.

Don't sweat it dthawk, it was an extreme action, and out of the ordinary.. I just figured I should let people know what happened because they might wonder what's going on.
We all come here to share information freely, to try and delete all of your own posts so that no one else can read the information that you have been sharing is selfish and mean.

Don't forget though AA was dealing with some big problems and he had gotten parnoid before. He may of not been in his right mind last night. But that being said I believe it is important to maintain the integerity of the fourm and not to lose all that good information. I just hope we have not hurt a good friend and that if he wishes to come back once he has gotten better he will be allowed.

I'm not seeing the Secret Room thread and his greenhouse thread. Am I just blind, are they gone for good, or are they recoverable?

A lot of information from these threads was deleted before the moderators stepped in, I think they may have saved some information though. If some information was saved it will be returned to the open forum ASAP.

I for one have learned a whole lot from AA and many other members. I hope some day to be able to be the one others learn from. Great forum EB and you know best. I am just along for the ride and having a blast.

EB, I am so sorry that these measures had to be taken. AA was here for me when I had so many questions, however, I know of the pain he has suffered and how he has not been able to get through all of it. I also understand how at times separation has to happen for a season. We will keep him in out thoughts and prayers. I also know how painful this was for you and appreciate your love for all and a need to protect them. Our love also goes out to you.

The greenhouse thread is still here also Greenhouse thread.

The problem with AA deleting his posts is that not only is the information in his posts lost, but the context of everything that comes after it is also lost completely to people who are reading the thread for the first time or who have not seen it for a while.

BTW banter is not the issue.
