I found some papers indicating water soaked, dried and pulverized leucaena meal
In catfish rations at 20% and replacing significant amounts of fishmeal, gave better growth than fishmeal alone.

Loads of leucaena in tropical and subtropical Australia

Has anyone tried feeding it to
Worms
Bsf
Fish
Crustaceans
?
It'd certainly introduce all the nitrogen you need
