Good Afternoon all,

We have been watching the forum for a couple of weeks & finally took the step to register. Must admit had a little difficulty as we hadnt read the helpful hint on the mandatory website field. Almost gave up in disgust.

Why aquaponics... absolutely no idea, we have a fish pond that we thought could be of more use than the usual fishy swim. Plus the Aussie living website came recommended to us. This is where we found the backyard aquaponics, and so far havent looked back.

As yet we havent actually started a system, but the decision has been made and planning is on its way. We have read so many helpful hints already and we are not even 1/2 through the forum.

Much good information here on the forum and hopefully much more to be provided. Feel free to ask questions and remember pictures of your system are compulsory.... lol ... well not really, but encouraged.

There is a number of people from Adelaide already on the forum as well as heaps of us with more time on our hands than is really good for us
