It could be water, but it doesn't have any trout in it! ;)

Nice to finally get some rain (1 inch in two days)

Hope those NOR are safe after the extreme weather event today. The news reports power could take up to three days to be restored, which could be testing some backup systems to the limit.

We had another part of the system pass over just after I posted at the top of this thread, 16mm in 10 minutes according to the weather-man on tv.

Gentle, soaking rain up here in Gingin - just what the doctor ordered! No extreme weather events yet, Bunson, not this far north anyway, but thanks for your concern for those on the other side of the Swan.

Wet, wet, wet in Jandakot, water on the roundabout up to the bottom of the wagon doors and spraying out both sides of the car like a boat going upstream. A spectacular sunset with sky colours the shades of green, aqua, teal and orange. mmm noice! Standing back enjoying a red and watching the lightening and listening to thunder and the sounds of rain on a tin roof while the carpark floods like a lake, the colours of washed gravel and blue metal running to waste. I love winter without wind.
