Mine are in a 50L pot with some baby goldfish, the water outlet (gravity /autosyphon drained) is covered with flyscreen and the apple snails i have leave the water to breed ,and lay a big cluch of pinky coloured eggs so population control is easy (although it will be a while before the babies have their own babies)
