Hello,
I will be recieving my 2 (275gal) IBC Totes on Monday April 23rd. This will be my first attempt into any type of alternative orgainc farming other than planting in the ground. I am very excited and hopefully in the beginnings of early spring around March I will be constructing a passive solar greenhouse to hold my system(s) and have continuous growing all year. I live in the US in Indiana and am hoping to local fish such as bass, perch, or crappie in my system. I look forward to asking questions and recieving advice from everyone.
Thanks,
Cullenbg

welcome cullenbg.. i know a couple o' fish folk in indiana, you should be able to get good "local" stock..
crappie are hard to feed train from everything i've found (and i've not found anyone growing them in ap)
bass need more food
yellow perch and bluegill are good choices, and do well together, but the perch won't like it if the water get's into the 80's

Welcome to the site :wave1: . You could also try catfish as they have a wide temp. range and do well in cold water in winter time!
