Looking good. We just finished ours today-except for a little painting. I'm already thinking about an expansion, of course. Its not AP, but it never gets finished-or is it just me?

Chooks are fun to have around and I can't wait for fresh eggs.

No roof over the run yet. I'll probably just wire over it like the sides and let some vines grow up and over for shade. The flat pabel on the side is where I'll build the nesting box in a month or so when they get closer to laying age. I want to make sure they take to the real roosts before I give them boxes.
Design changes are the norm here, too. Of course I built mine out of mostly pallets, so the available lumber dictated some things. Only bought 2 sheets of plywood and a pair of 2x6s. The rest was FREE!
I did have to buy the posts and wire for the run.

Looking great. Not sure if the chooks will let that vine grow over. Might have to plant away from the mesh and train over...

That is going to be one serious chook house with all those screws. It will never fall apart!
