I've been told that Tilapia would not do well in a fish tank height of 24 inches, and that they require a deeper fish tank. Is there any merit to this information? If so, what is the minimum fish tank height I should look for if I'm going to use Tilapia?

Thanks!

I think most (all?) the BYAP tanks are 24" tall if I remember correctly... and I know plenty of people are growing Tilapia.

I have had tilapia for the last 12 years in a 24 " concrete pond in my garden and they are doing fine.
