 Post subject: Almost ready for the GB

This is really a newbie question, but after my seeds have grown in the rock-wool do i carefully remove it from the rock-wool and place in the hydroton. Or do i place the rock-wool seed and all in the hydroton.

i would be removing them from the rock wool but im not sure at what size/time is the best size/time for doing this. you can also plant seeds in the hydroton

Just put the whole lot in. just unwrap it first. Shouldnt hurt.
