Hi all, away on holidays and stumbled on this (photos). Thought it might prove an insight to some. The guy had it set up in a vegetarian restaurant ( Amala Restaurant at the Prana Resort) in clear sight of all who entered. It was fed off a large ornamental koi pond that you stepped over as you entered. Listened to numerous people saying how awesome it was to grow produce like that.
Anyways some may comment or none, just posted it for the photos for anyone interested. BTW it was about 8 foot high and 4 feet across and was actively being picked for produce by staff. You can't get any fresher than that

interesting, because while i drove past this tower every day while they were building it outside, and while i've been a soil based gardener for decades, and further still a good friend of mine is a manager at this hotel, i've never seen it finished until now.
