Hey don't forget you also have Obama.....That should mean something......

Oh my! It's very refreshing to hear(read?) that someone from El Salvador knows of Obama.
(Gosh everything I touch lately becomes a political[in one way or another] thread)
I was talking to my wife last night and she had concluded that the U.S. is not ready for a woman nor black president (African-American for those USians who don't have black friends:); and that if either of them did win they'd be assassinated fairly quickly. (my step-daughter's father is black, neither my wife, nor I possess a racist bone)
I came to a different conclusion:
First off, we'll see the biggest voter turn-out in U.S, if not world, history.
Secondly, I think Obama has a good chance to win. I even see "rednecks" who are so fed-up with our two-faced monster system, that they might even turn-out to vote for Obama.
He gives us all hope I think, to those who are paying attention anyway.

I know of Obama, if he's not lying I'd gladly vote him to run the show here.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience once giving out such info and so am really skitterish doing it again. Maybe someday.

In the short time I've been here I've found fantastic and somewhat "out of the box" thinking to overcome traditional thought. I've also seen the general forum mentality that brings the "I'm much smarter than you so you have no business being here" mentality. Take it all with a grain of salt and find the info that benefits you, and exploit it(use it) for all it's worth. There are very knowledgeable people here, and just like any open forum, some who may leave a gritty taste in your mouth.
Please don't be discouraged by those that might bring you down.
