Hi all

I'm in desperate need of a new supplier of Fish food.. A bulk supplier..

I'm finally using the last of my current stocks..

If anyone has a Supplier of a Floating food.. I'm after a supplier of Bulk Food..

It could be half float/half sinking.. 4-5mm in one lot and 1mm in the other..

I have pulled both my systems apart & therefore don't have any fish, but plenty of fish food.

If you go to Ballarat the Haymarket has Lauke food in all different sizes. But I think its all sinking food.

grobest have an online store and deliver all over australia. anything from 20kg to 1t bulk bags. floating/sinking, any size you can think of..

These are the guys we've been using for bulk floating feed, ingredients list seems good and the koi are doing well on it. No LAP I believe, I get it from some koi people here in Perth who order it in bulk. Might be worth a ring.

All commercial aquaculture feed in Australia has no LAP "Uio".....

And Koi feed is very low protein content... and not really suitable for Australian native fish....

okay I'll add to the thread ... while not desperate for food I'm getting tired of crunching up big pellets to make small ones . The folks I bought off most recently at Windsor are no longer carrying fish food.. So I'm looking for 2-3 mil floating pellets for silver perch in Sydney. Happy to buy a whole bag but trying to avoid the $20/kilo that my dad was forced to pay when he ran out of food recently.

Any pointers ?
