Hi all,

I have pulled all my trout and have 4 of my very first Silver Perch that were in my court yard BYAP system , left in my 7000L pond...

I want to add some more fish, but year round or non-seasonal fish... the silvers are BIG, I have 3 algae eaters in there too.. they all started around 2" long and are now around 6" long (good $3.95 investments) I have thought about silvers as these ones are troopers and spend time looking out the window, but is there something else I could put in there more so just to look at and not eat... something that will grow big.. maybe 50cm big... not interested in barra..

Murray Cod if it were possible could be an idea i thought but after reading the "translocation" thread, this may be a pipe dream..

Thoughts greatly appreciated....

NOT KOI... dirty messy things...

cheers peeps

Catfish are cool Steve... We got some Tandanis tandanis here and they have grown well, pretty cool to look at too..

You should be able to get them at pet stores.

Are they steep (guessing so if from a PS) I was looking around on the www.premierpet.com.au wholesalers site and just fired an email off to a PS here in Malaga so I will see what they come back with..

7 fish in 7000L is somewhat spacious for them...
