Nice, never had roo tail stew but eaten roo a bit. Mostly eat wild pig of all the wild meat, its great.

Had fallow deer for dinner tonight mmm roast

Deer? where do you get deer from roodog? - thats cool

roo tail is really nice done in a slow cooker with a big pile of vegies and beef stock.

mate gave me 3 deer from his herd, just had to cut them up into the right sized pieces :D

Family and the dogs(and the pig) have been eating like kings lately :thumbleft:

Good work mate system going great!

Dogs got deer cos i ran out of freezer space! I was buggered from processing 3 of em. Pig got it because she was hanging around so i threw a kidney, then a liver etc etc haha. Better be a tasty pig in a couple months! Gotta eat all the deer first
