Rupe - bit hard to tell, they have grown a bit since I got them back in November. They were about 100mm. I did get another 20 about 2 weeks after that which where a fraction bigger.

We now have 2 tanks. My husband has 'created' a IBC setup and it has now become a competition. :laughing3:

I have 38 Barra atm. I'm guessing about 150mm?????

I will be 'giving' him some to put in his tank when it is fully cycled

Bob - it is constant flood. But I'm not having much luck with strawberries atm..... we bought a tower thing (photos are on the other computer, so will upload later) which hasn't worked. BUT we have faced some major sabotage by my 3 1/2 year old son.

He seems to have developed a fascination with AP, likes to pull the pipes and stuff out of the tank, and then he likes to 'inspect' the plants... DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!! :upset: :upset: :upset:

Yes, I'm impressed too...

Yes we were heating, current water temps at the moment are about 26 so they are loving it!!!

And yes it was a steep learning curve. Would I do it again? YES

It was a bit touch and go there when we had a heap of them die, but we got the survivours through. :thumbleft: :thumbright:

Yeah we've had some really heavy rain with the summer storms. But the silvers are growing nicely. Probably a good size for fish fingers lol
